Used & Remanufactured Outboards     All motors  are remanufactured, which includes machined with a two staged diamond plateau finish. Then they are assembled with all new forged pistons , rings and needle bearings.  Carburetors are rebuilt which includes ultra sonic cleaning, (non abrasive chemicals), then reassembled with new needles and seats.  Gear cases are disassembled, inspected, then reassembled to factory specs. with all new seals.  They are then pressure tested at 15 psi. Our motors are also repainted in a heated booth with matching factory paint #. Before they are put into stock, we give the motor a full ignition check. Finally we run and break in all motors in our in house test tank so when they are shipped to you, the motors are ready to be run
